Website Terms of Use

The terms on which you may use our website

Version 1.0 · Effective 23 October 2026

These Terms of Use are issued by Shlokcent Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, CIN U58202MP2023PTC064946, registered office Paras Hermitage, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462026, India ("Shlokcent", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the Cyber Soldiers Lab brand and offers the Netra platform. They apply to your use of our website at https://cybersoldiers.in, including the Netra pages at /netra (the "Website").

They do not govern the Netra platform. A customer's use of the platform is governed by the Netra Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Processing Agreement, and a partner's use by the Partner Agreement, each of which is accepted separately.

1. Acceptance

By using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms are an electronic record and an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and need no signature.

The Website is intended for use by organisations and their personnel acting in a business or professional capacity, and by people aged 18 or over.

2. Information on the Website

The Website describes Cyber Soldiers Lab and the Netra platform, and gives general information about regulations and frameworks. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but laws, directions and frameworks change, and the information is general.

  • It is not legal, regulatory, audit or other professional advice. Obtain advice for your own situation.
  • Netra does not issue certifications, attestations or regulatory approvals. References to a framework, regulation or authority describe what Netra helps you organise and evidence, and do not mean that the authority has approved, endorsed or certified Netra or any customer.
  • Names of frameworks, regulations and authorities belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
  • Descriptions of features describe the platform generally. Features, modules and framework coverage may change, and what is available to you is set out in your order form.

3. No offer, no pricing

Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, or a quotation. Commercial terms, including pricing, are given only in a formal written proposal or order form signed or accepted by both parties, after a scoping conversation. Submitting an enquiry or demonstration request does not create a contract.

4. Using the Website

You agree not to:

  • use the Website unlawfully, or to send material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing or that contains malicious code;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system, or to interfere with or disrupt them, including by denial-of-service activity or excessive automated requests;
  • run penetration tests, vulnerability scans or other security testing against the Website or our systems without our written authorisation;
  • scrape, crawl or extract content in bulk by automated means, other than ordinary search-engine indexing that follows our robots.txt;
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or give false details in a form; or
  • reproduce, republish or sell Website content except as these Terms allow.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it in good faith to support@cybersoldiers.in, with a copy to info@cybersoldiers.in and the subject line "Security vulnerability report". We will not pursue action against a person who reports a vulnerability in good faith, limits their activity to what is needed to confirm it, does not access or disclose anyone else's data, and keeps the report confidential until we have confirmed it is resolved or 90 days have passed. This does not bind any third party and does not authorise any act that is an offence.

5. What you send us

Information you send through the Website or by email, such as an enquiry, must be accurate and must be something you are entitled to share. You keep your rights in it, and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and for the purposes in our Privacy Notice. Please do not send passwords, secret keys, payment card numbers, government identity numbers or other sensitive data.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its text, graphics, designs, logos, product screens, framework mapping content and software are owned by Shlokcent or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Netra and Cyber Soldiers Lab are brand names of Shlokcent. You may view the Website, and print or share a page for your own internal business use, if you keep notices intact and do not alter it. Any other use needs our written permission.

Third-party standards, regulations and marks shown on the Website remain the property of their owners.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Website available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shlokcent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

10. Privacy and cookies

How we use personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice, and how we use cookies in our Cookie Policy. You can change your cookie choices at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version, with its version number and effective date, is published on this page, and your continued use of the Website after that date means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute by good-faith discussion. A dispute not resolved within 30 days of written notice may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, seated in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, in English. Subject to that, the courts at Bhopal have exclusive jurisdiction.
